The Young Amil Circle Played a pivotal role in organising the Khudabadi Amil Panchayat's Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on February 11th, 2024, at the Sun n Sand Hotel in Juhu.

The Young Amil Circle's dedication extended far beyond the virtual realm including the promotion of AGM via multiple social channels. On the day of the AGM, the YAC Convenor Mr. Devesh Makhijani, President Mr. Rohit Thadhani, Vice-President Mr. Sidharth Makhijani, Hon. Secretary Mr. Raahuul Advani and Jt. Secretary Mr. Mihir Mirchandani along with the members of the managing committee actively managed the on-day coordination. YAC handled the registration and membership desk, under the guidance of KAP Office Administrator Ms. Namrata Advani, to ensure a smooth check-in process for attendees. Their organisational skills were further displayed in their adept coordination of the felicitation ceremony, which involved honouring esteemed guests as well as the meritorious students of the Amil community.

The YAC members didn't shy away from the spotlight. They took on hosting responsibilities, ensuring the event flowed seamlessly. Their enthusiasm and professionalism likely added a youthful vibrancy to the AGM, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all participants.

The AGM also served as a platform to introduce the Young Amil Circle's committee for the upcoming year. The newly elected members were presented to the community, and their plans for the year ahead were briefly outlined.
